From the minute you arive at Overhailes Farmhouse we want to make sure you have everything you need to make the most of your stay with us.

When we say double room at Overhailes we actually mean King or Superking! And all our rooms have ensuite shower rooms. In addition, the master bedroom has a separate bath as well as a shower.

Our rooms are also all uniquely decorated and, we think you will agree, exceptionally spacious!

Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 8am and 10am. Guests complete a breakfast card the night before with their food selection, mostly so that we aren't wasting food. We source our food locally wherever possible of course. All our meat comes from our local Butcher (Andersons) in East Linton.

There is always a selection of cereals, some fresh fruit, greek yoghurt and fruit juice for guests to help themselves to. In addition, you'll be able to chose from:

Continental breakfast: As above, with homemade drop scones (Scottish pancakes), croissant, toast and a selection of preserves

Full Scottish Breakfast: (Your choice of) Bacon, sausage, haggis, black pudding, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, egg (fried, poached, scrambled)

Loch Fyne smoked salmon served with a lightly toasted bagel
