Overhailes farmhouse was built around 1780, though parts have been added and removed over the years.  In 2002 it was completely renovated, with only the stone staircase and four outer walls standing at one point!   We have two bed and breakfast rooms - the Pencraig Suite and the Hailes Suite.

The Pencraig Suite is split over two levels.  The lower level contains the bedroom and en suite bathroom, with the upper level hiding a cosy seating area.
