BOOKING

1.  Using the tables below, check availability for the accommodation you require.  Availability tables are updated every few days and at the weekend.  Accommodation can be be booked from Sat-Sat, Mon-Fri or Fri-Mon, and occasionally for additional days depending on availability and how far in advance you are booking.

2.  To book the dates you require:

a) Use the form on the Contact page.

b) Telephone 01620 860 444 (ask for Penny or leave a message on the answerphone) 

c) Send an email to pennywright@overhailes.com (Penny or Claire will then contact you)

3.  Once your booking is confirmed we will ask you to send a deposit of 50% of the total amount payable.  Cheques should be made payble to 'Overhailes Farm' and sent to Mrs P Wright, Overhailes Farm, Haddington, East Lothian, EH41 3SB.  The remaining amount will be due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

All accommodation can be accessed after 2pm on the day of your arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure.

Bed & Breakfast: Please telephone (01620 860 444) for availability and booking.  Depending on availability in the farmhouse, we may offer to accommodate you in one of our lovely cottages (supplied with scrumptious breakfast supplies which you can cook at your convenience).

Self-catering cottage prices are based on accommodating 2 people.   If you require campbeds, additional bed linen and towels there will be an additional charge.  Please enquire when you make your reservation.
