BOOKING

1.  Using the tables below, check availability for the accommodation you require OR click on this link to check availability through Visit Scotland

2.  To book the dates you require, email info@overhailes.com or telephone Claire (07967 304 470)

3.  To confirm your booking we will ask you to send a deposit of 50% of the total amount payable.  Cheques should be made payble to 'Overhailes Farm' and sent to Claire Wright, Overhailes Farmhouse, Haddington, East Lothian, EH41 3SB.  The remaining amount will be due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

All accommodation can be accessed after 2pm on the day of your arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure.  Our cottages are non-smoking and we do not allow pets to stay.  If you have restricted mobility our accommodation will probably not be suitable since all our bedrooms are located on the first floor of our cottages.  The same applies to the farmhouse.

If you require campbeds, additional bed linen and towels please let us know when you make your enquiry or booking.  Once again (for 2010) we haven't increased our prices.  Electricity is included in the price below, up to £20 per week.  Should the electricity used per week exceed this amount we reserve the right to ask for an additional amount to cover the excess.
